Starters

Mor Lahana Tarator

Grated red Cabbage, mixed with Yoghurt, Mayonnaise, Dill, Olive oil, Garlic Lemon Juice and salt.

FALAFEL

Chickpeas, Broad Beans, Mixed Peppers, Sesame Seeds, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, and Coriander, seasoned and fried, served with Hummus.

CACIK

Traditional Turkish Yoghurt, Cucumbers, Garlic and dry Mint.

SUCUK

Fried Turkish Sausage.

HUMMUS

Crushed Chickpeas, Tahini, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Olive Oil.

TABBOULEH

Finely chopped parsley, with tomatoes, mint, onion, soaked bulgur wheat and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sweet pepper.

Main Course

CHICKEN SHISH (ONE SKEWER)

Chicken cubes, cooked on a charcoal grill, served with Bulgur.

FALAFEL

ADANA KEBAB

Minced Lamb, cooked on a charcoal grill, served with Bulgur.

Marinated Chicken Wings, cooked on a charcoal grill, served with Bulgur.

CAESAR SALAD

Lettuce, Croutons and Chicken shish dressed with Caesar Sauce and topped with Parmesan Cheese.

HALLOUMI SALAD

Mixed Leaves, Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Red Onions, topped with grilled Halloumi Cheese, and drizzled with Olive oil and Pomegranate Sauce.

ACILI CHICKEN KOFTE

Minced Chicken, with garlic, chilli & parsley, cooked on a charcoal grill, served with tortilla bread & rice.

BAKLAVA

Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of filo pastry, filled with crushed pistachio, sweetened with syrup & served with vanilla ice-cream. (One Piece)

TIRAMISU

Light and rich in coffee, made with Savoiardi biscuits and mascarpone cream.

RICE PUDDING

Topped with your choice of pistachio or cinnamon, served cold.

ICE CREAM

Two scoops of either vanilla, chocolate or strawberry flavour.
