Braised lamb shank with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, served with bulgur.
Mixed Shish
Combination of lamb and chicken cubes, cooked on a charcoal grill, served with bulgur.
Chicken or Lamb Beyti Kebab
Mixed chicken or lamb, mixed with garlic, chilli and parsley, wrapped in a tortilla bread on a bed of rich tomato sauce – topped with garlic yoghurt, served with rice.
Lamb Ribs
Tender lamb spare ribs seasoned and cooked on a charcoal grill, served with bulgur.
Vegetable Moussaka
Layers of potatoes, courgettes, aubergines and mixed peppers, topped with bechamel sauce and cheddar cheese.
Kremali Tavuk
Pan fried chicken breast with mushrooms, red peppers, onion, garlic, cream and cheese served with dips.
